Our Custom-Made Service
At Olivier Gerardi, we offer you an exclusive custom-made and personalized shoemaking service.
By appointment, we travel to meet you in order to take your measurements in person and determine with you what you wish to realize.
What We Can Do
You can choose an existing model from our lines, which we will custom-make to the exact dimensions of your feet.
We are also able to create from scratch unique models according to your ideas and requirements. After establishing together the choice of materials and style elements of the shoe, we will make a draft then a prototype that will be submitted to your evaluation. Once validated, your dream pair of shoes will be crafted in our workshops.
How It Works
1. You first contact us to take an appointment and to tell us about your project.
2. According to our availability, your agenda and your location, we will determine a suitable date for our meeting.
3. We will give in advance a few questions to answer in order to prepare our appointment.
4. You will acknowledge the conditions of this service (see below) and we will ask you to pay a deposit that will be deducted from the final amount of your order.
5. When we will meet, we will advise and guide you in your choices. We will take the measurements of your feet, and we may also make you try different shoe forms in order to find the most suitable one for your type of foot. We will finally introduce our selection of leathers, colors, patinas and finishes available for your creation.
6. Within 48 hours after our meeting, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing all the details of your order and instructions to pay its amount.
7. Your pair of custom-made shoes will be shipped from our workshops within 8 weeks approximately after receiving your payment. The delivery is free of charge. You will receive an email confirming the shipment and including a tracking number.

We are based in Switzerland, near the Geneva International Airport. This ideal location at the heart of Europe allows us to move quickly and easily to meet you.

The price of your custom-made order will of course vary greatly depending on the complexity of your request. We will establish a quotation for you after having met you and confirmed your demands.
Terms & Conditions of the Service
▪ The purpose of the deposit that we ask you to pay is to cover our travel expenses paid in advance in the event you would cancel our appointment. This deposit is deducted from the final price of your order once placed.
▪ If you cancel the appointment after having paid a deposit, this deposit will not be refunded.
▪ If after our appointment you were to decide not to place an order, your deposit will not be refunded.
▪ Delays, cancellations and time changes of transports or unpredictable events related to traffic, weather, strikes or any other extraordinary situation will not give any right to a compensation from us. In such cases, we will inform you of the situation as fast as possible. Where appropriate, we will take a new appointment with you for another date. The previous cases will not give any right to a refund of the deposit.
